Malaysia means home to us. 🇲🇾
It’s the different stories, cultures, traditions and languages that come together to make one beautiful place we call home. I love how there’s so much diversity in who we are, yet somehow, it all belongs together.
That’s also what I love about batik. The different colours, patterns and designs may each be so different, but when they come together, they create something beautiful, warm and uniquely its own.
Maybe that’s why I’ve always loved using batik in my gifting. It feels like such a natural way to bring a little piece of Malaysia into something made to be shared.
The colours of our culture are something that’s really important to me, and it’s something I want Lush to always carry with it, finding little ways to bring our Malaysian identity, traditions and stories into the gifts we create.
For Merdeka, we were so happy to curate these special gift sets for SJPP, complete with batik and a little Malaysian flag pin. 🇲🇾
