HELLO HELLO GUYS !!!! IMPORTANT UPDATE — Pokémon 30th Anniversary ETB

We are sadly announcing that our allocation for the Pokémon 30th Anniversary ETB has been extremely limited, with only a single-digit number of cases allocated to us for the first wave.

We have been informed that the official distributor has implemented a new tier-based allocation system. Under this system, allocation is determined according to each store’s tier, meaning that regardless of how much we order, we will only receive an allocation based on our assigned tier.

Unfortunately, due to the extremely limited quantity allocated to us, we will not have any 30th Anniversary ETB available for general sale in this first wave.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who has placed a deposit with us. We know many of you have been waiting for this special 30th Anniversary release, and we are just as disappointed with the situation.

To give everyone a fair choice, we would like to offer 3 options:

1. Give the distributor a second chance — WAIT FOR WAVE 2
Keep your deposit with us and let us try our best to secure additional allocation from the next wave.

2. SHIFT YOUR DEPOSIT
Transfer your existing ETB deposit to another available product or convert it into store credit.

3. FULL REFUND
Request a 100% full refund of your ETB deposit.
