And for example, we are a fan of Ikea in Malaysia just like many of us & you. Unfortunately, Ikea Malaysia doesn't have any online store. It's quite hard for people outside Klang Valley to purchase or when you just don’t have the time to get to the shops. Then our service is designed with you in mind. And for your info we are not only helping you to shop in Ikea. You can even call/pm/whatsapp us to do your shopping at any other boutiques, shopping malls in Klang Valley. Example, buy shoes from Charles & Keith, any Item from H&M, Vincci, Sportlight and it can be in anything that we can help you to shop. We visit the store for you, purchase the items you have requested, deliver and assemble them in your home, store or office at a time that suits you. Simply pay us the cost of the purchased items plus our personal shopper fee, packaging, delivery and assembly/courier charge. Is that simple! So why wait..PM us now to order! WHAT YOU WILL PAY? Minimum order is Rm100 and above. You will pay the actual price of the product, our Personal Shopper Fee (service charge), extra packaging (if applicable) & delivery or courier charges. Our Personal Shopper Fee is chargeable as in the following. The fee will cover our transportation, time and our service to search, pick up & purchase your requested item and make arrangement for delivery or courier. And if extra packaging required, a reasonable fee will be added into your final bill. Standard Personal Shopper Fee
* Service Charge Per Purchase – our personal shopper fee RM50.00 per order below RM500.00
* Additional surcharge of 5% Personal Shopper Fee on the total purchase if order is more than RM501.00. ( Above Personal Shopper Fee is limited to shopping in one location only. Additional charge of RM50.00/ per shopping at different location or address will be applicable.) Example-

Standard Personal Shopper Service Charge - RM 50.00
Estimated Delivery Charges (Within KL) - RM 30.00
Total all you need to pay RM280.00 nett

2) Total Product Purchase - RM1, 000.00
Standard Personal Shopper Service Charge - RM 50.00
Service Surcharge (5%) - RM 50.00
Delivery Charges (within KL) - RM 30.00
Total all you need to pay RM1, 130.00 nett

HOW WE DELIVER
* Delivery charges is subject to your address. The delivery charges depends on what sort of item you want to order. Big & heavy furniture requires delivery by either 1 or 3 tones lorry and can be deliver to anywhere in Klang Valley area only. For any small, medium & light weight items, we will courier them through Pos Laju Malaysia to anywhere in Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. Please be advised that Pos Laju have certain requirements to courier every items. On normal arrangement, your goods will be packed in a box or special packaging. Upon every inquiry, Pos Laju will estimate the courier charge based on the item's total weight, height, length, width and your delivery address. The exact courier charges can only be determined when we finally send your order at the Post Office. Should the exact courier charges differ from what we may have charged you, we will then refund the difference by transfer it to your bank account. Kindly be advised that this policy does not apply to Home Delivery Service (1 or 3 tonne lorry).

HOW TO ORDER?
1- If you wish to order items from IKEA, just browse Ikea online site- - http://www.ikea.com/my/en/
2- Choose your favourite item from the 'ALL PRODUCT' section and list down 'Product Information' or simply add the selected items into the 'Shopping List' and email to us at [email protected]

If you wish to order from Vincci you can just give us the picture,colour, (If shoe please let us know your size) via Whatsapp and same goes to other brands that you wanted us to do the purchase.
3-Once you have make the selections, please PM us the following details

- Product Information
- Assembly Service - Yes/No
4- Once we have receive the required information, we will check the availability of the product at the store and determine the charges for your delivery.
5- Once you have agreed with the charges & delivery arrangements, we will then issue you an invoice for you to make payment.
6- Full payment must be made for any purchase. We accept payment in the form of Cash, Company Cheque, Bank Draft, On-Line Banking or Telegraphic Transfer. Once we have received your payment, we will then proceed to make all purchases and make necessary delivery arrangement.

SCHEDULE OF PURCHASE & DELIVERY
1) Ordering Day : Monday - Friday
2) Purchasing Day : Monday-Friday (No shopping on Public Holiday accept if got any sale on date day)
3) Delivery Day : Subject to your order & payment. For Klang Valley area we will do the delivery after 8pm or you can whatsapp us when do you want us to deliver it to your house/office. We will try to arrange time for you. If you make order & make payment before 1pm we will buy it on the same day after 1pm we only can buy on the next day. Appointment for delivery will be made on the same day with appointed independent home delivery service only on Klang Valley area. You can received you Item on the same day or the following day depends on what time you ordered and make payment to us. Kindly be advised that purchasing will only be made once payment have been received.

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE
Please take note of the followings:
1) All purchase assignment would be considered on a case by case basis.
2) It is at our discretion whether we want to be engaged as your purchaser. We are not obliged to provide a reason if we reject your purchase assignment.
3) Our duty is only to help you to make the purchase and send you the goods as per your instruction.
4) It is not our duty to source for the lowest price. However, reasonable effort would be made to at least compare the price at two different shops, if applicable. Otherwise, we would only source for the best price for the goods base on our best knowledge at the time of the purchase assignment.
5) We will not be responsible if the goods are lost, damage or spoilt in the course of delivery. Customer can opt to buy insurance on the safe delivery of the goods at the buyer’s own expense.
6) It is not our duty to find out whether the goods you purchase will be banned in your own country or custom. You should find out the information and do up the paper works for the importation of goods into your country (if necessary).
7) No refunds would be made after the goods are purchased by us.
8) If you change your mind after the purchase, we are not obliged to help you to get refund from the original supplier.
9) If the original supplier of the goods agrees to take back the goods and do a refund, the cost incur on returning the goods to the supplier; and any other related charges from doing the refund would be bear by the customer.
