胡萝卜蛋糕做到最后，
就是我很喜欢的一部分。🥕🤎

先挤上一层奶油奶酪霜，
把蛋糕盖得刚刚好。

然后最后撒上烤香的核桃。

这个步骤看起来很简单，
但核桃一放上去，
整个胡萝卜蛋糕的感觉就完整了。😂

胡萝卜的自然甜味、
一点点肉桂香、
烤核桃的坚果香&葡萄干，
再配上微微酸甜、 creamy 的奶油奶酪霜。

其实我很喜欢这种搭配，
不会让肉桂味太抢，
也不会甜到吃两口就腻。

好了，

The best part of carrot cake?

Getting to the finishing touches. 🥕🤎

A generous layer of cream cheese frosting first...

Then the roasted walnuts go on top.

And somehow, that final sprinkle makes the whole cake look like it’s officially ready to be eaten. 😂

The soft carrot cake,
a gentle hint of cinnamon,
nutty roasted walnuts,
and that creamy cream cheese frosting...

This is one of those combinations where every part just makes sense.

Nothing too heavy.
Nothing too spicy.
Just a really good slice of carrot cake. 🍰

Now I just need someone to tell me it’s tea time. 👀

🥕 今天有多做一些胡萝卜蛋糕 Carrot Cake！

如果最近刚好有一点点想吃甜的，
或者突然嘴馋，
又或者只是单纯想来一次没有理由的冲动消费……😂

可以来一块。

我们的胡萝卜蛋糕使用澳洲胡萝卜，
加入一点点肉桂，
再搭配烤香的核桃 & 黑葡萄干，
所以吃起来有淡淡的香料香气和很舒服的坚果香。

肉桂不会下得很重，
不会把胡萝卜本身的味道盖掉，
配上奶油奶酪霜，
甜甜的、香香的，
刚好很适合下午茶。🤎

这次是额外多做的数量，
不是无限量供应哦。👀

这星期准备了几样，很适合下午茶时间慢慢吃的甜点 🤎

🥕 **Carrot Cake 胡萝卜蛋糕 + Cream Cheese Frosting**
用的是澳洲胡萝卜，加一点点肉桂，再放入烤香的核桃。香料不会下得很重，所以吃起来还是可以吃到胡萝卜本身的味道，加上烤过核桃的坚果香。最后配上 cream cheese frosting，微微的酸香把整个味道带起来，真的很搭。
如果你喜欢那种不会太甜、又有一点点坚果香的蛋糕，这个可以试试。

🖤 **Black Sesame Cake 黑芝麻蛋糕**
黑芝麻控看这里 😂
我们不是直接用现成的黑芝麻馅，而是先把芝麻烤香，再自己打成黑芝麻酱。所以芝麻的香气会比较明显，是那种烤过以后很香、很浓郁的芝麻味。
如果你本身就是 black sesame fan，这个就是给你的。

🍪 **Cream Sandwich Biscuit 饼干夹心**
酥酥的饼干配 creamy filling，很适合放在家里，想吃一点小东西的时候拿一块。自己慢慢吃、拿来配咖啡茶，或者带一盒去跟朋友家人分享都很方便。

This week’s desserts are all about those little things that make a good tea break better. 🤎

🥕 Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Made with Australian carrots, a little cinnamon & black raisin, and roasted walnuts for that lovely nutty flavour.
The spice is kept pretty gentle, so you still get the natural sweetness of the carrot and the roasted walnut coming through. Then there’s the cream cheese frosting to bring everything together.
Honestly, the combination works really well.

挤马卡龙壳，莫名很解压

一颗一颗挤马卡龙壳，
真的莫名很疗愈😂

尽量控制一样的力度，
挤出来的大小也尽量一样。

至少……我是这样想的🤣

挤完之后敲几下烤盘，
把里面的气泡震出来，
然后放着等它结皮。

接下来就是送进烤箱，
然后开始祈祷😂

希望壳够光滑，
裙边漂亮，
不要突然给我裂开🫠

本来这次还想记录完整一点的。

结果烤的时候忘记拍。
挤馅的时候忘记拍。
组装的时候……

还是忘记拍。HAHAHAHAHA 😂

所以大家应该庆幸，
我至少还记得拍这个挤壳过程🤣

不然这次又要变成：
「这是我做好的马卡龙，过程没有。」🙂

One little shell at a time. 👀

There’s something ridiculously satisfying about piping macarons.

Same pressure.
Same size.
Same little round shape.

At least… that’s the plan. 😂

Pipe them out, give the tray a few good taps to release those air bubbles, and let them sit before they head into the oven.

And then comes the moment of truth:
smooth shells, pretty feet, and hopefully no surprise cracks. 🫠

For now, just enjoy the piping. 🤍

It’s oddly therapeutic.

刚出炉的 S’mores Cookie，
放凉到刚刚好的状态，
外层带一点点酥脆，
里面的 Cookie Dough 还是温温软软、gooey 的。

上面和里面都有自己做的 Marshmallow，
再配上 Belgian Chocolate，
一口下去就是软、香、微脆的口感一起。🤎

所以今天不多说，
直接掰开给你们看。

配一杯冰冰的牛奶，
就是很简单但很满足的组合。🥛

当然你想配茶、咖啡也可以，
没有规定答案。😂

重点就是：

**选你喜欢的，吃得开心最重要。**

Tearing one open for you guys because… look at that. 👀🍪

These are just out of the oven and cooled down to that *just right* moment.

A little crisp around the edges, while the cookie dough in the middle is still warm, soft and gooey.

Then you get the homemade marshmallow on top and tucked inside, with Belgian chocolate melting into everything. 🤎

Honestly, this is the kind of cookie I’d happily eat straight from the tray.

But if you want the full experience?

A cold glass of milk. 🥛

Or tea.
Or coffee.
Or whatever drink makes you happiest.

There are no rules here. 😂

Just grab a cookie, pair it with your favourite drink, and enjoy it to the fullest.
