Mari menambah ilmu berkaitan cara menyimpan chocojar

3 TIPS:
1. Tutup bekas jar dengan ketat dan dalam balang kedap udara. Ramai yang lepas makan chocojar ni, lupa nak titik beratkan yang satu nii. Kenapa kena tutup rapat? Sebabnya cereal chocojar mudah masuk angin, jadi sebab itu ianya perlu disimpan di balang kedap udara.
2. Jangan gunakan sudu yang basah. Jangan gunakan sudu yang sudah berkali anda guna terutama sudu besi, ini kerana sudu besi membawa lebih banyak kuman dan boleh menyebabkan rasa coklat dan coklat tidak sedap.
3. Simpan chocojar dalam suhu bilik, ini untuk mengekalkan rasa coklat supaya coklat tetap pekat. Sedap untuk dimakan bersama cereal.

BUBBLE RICE CHOCO BAR 🍫❤️

BAHAN BAHAN:

500 gm chocolate masakan
25 ml minyak masak
Bubble rice secukupnya **boleh juga letak kismis/kekacang

CARA PENYEDIAAN:

1- Bakar bubble rice dalam oven pada suhu 120°c selama 10 minit lebih kurang/sehingga rangup kemudian ketepikan..

2- Masak secara double boil chocolate masakan sehingga cair sepenuhnya, kemudian masukkan minyak masak dan kacau sehingga sebati..

3- Masukkan sedikit choc ke dalam mould/acuan..

4- Tabur bubble rice ke atasnya..

5- Tuang coklat yang telah dicairkan tadi ke atas bubble rice sehingga menutupi keseluruhan permukaan, hentak2 sedikit mould untuk ratakan..

** Pastikan choc suam2 kuku sebelum dituang ke atas bubble rice utk elakkan lemau..

6- Boleh simpan ke dalam peti sejuk bahagian chiller seketika.. Dah sejuk/beku, bolehlah keluarkan dari mould dan sedia untuk dinikmati.

Bubble Rice Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients :

115 g butter (at room temperature)
200 g sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
175 g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicabonate soda
a pinch salt
100 g bubble rice cereal
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease two baking sheets.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence.
4. Sift the flour, bicarbonate soda and salt, then fold in.
5. Add bubble rice cereal and chocolate chips. Stir to mix thoroughly.
6. Drop a tablespoon of the dough on the baking sheets (1 - 2 inch apart).
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool

Chocolate Bubble Rice Rangup dan Mudah 😋🍫❤️🍚

Bahan-Bahan Chocolate Bubble Rice:

250gm Bubble Rice
100gm Badam Keping
350gm Coklat
70gm Mentega
Cara-cara Chocolate Bubble Rice:

Bakar bubble rice dan badam keping selama 20 minit pada suhu 150°c atau sehingga rangup.
Cairkan coklat dan mentega dengan menggunakan keadah double boiled.
Tuangkan coklat tadi ke atas bubble rice dan badam. Kemudian gaul sebati.
Masukkan bubble rice ke dalam paper cup. Simpan ke dalam bekas kedap udara.
Nota:

boleh tambah 1@2 sb minyak jagung@minyak masak ke dalam coklat untuk kelihatan lebih licin.
bubble rice dan badam boleh juga disangai.
boleh letakkan bubble rice di dalam bekas plastik kecil yang bertutup untuk lebih mudah disimpan dan dimakan.

Want to make your own chocojar? Here, we provide the steps! 👀💕❤️

1. Chop chocolate compound to thin.
2. Heat the oil (in 2 minutes with a small fire) and mix the oil with chocolate.
3. Cool the chocolate at room temperature daily until chocolate becomes viscous (can cooled in the refrigerator).
3. Put bubble rice into the jar.
4. Add the prepared chocolate into the jar.

Notes: If the chocolate is not completely melted,use the warm water placed under the pan to dilute it. If the chocolate is heavier during refrigeration in the refrigerator, leave the chocolate to room temperature until the chocolate can be stirred and become viscous.

The History of White Chocolate

Chocolate itself, in bar and candy form, isn’t so old. The first chocolate bar was invented in 1847 by the Fry Brothers in Bristol, England. Prior to then, chocolate was drunk as a beverage. Milk chocolate was first made successfully in 1897, after Daniel Peter, a Swiss chocolate manufacturer, thought to try making it with the powdered milk invented by his neighbor, Henri Nestlé, 30 years earlier. In the intervening years, everyone had been trying to make milk chocolate with milk or cream.

The first mass-distributed white chocolate in the U.S. was Nestlé’s Alpine White chocolate bar, introduced around 1948. It included almonds and had a good run through the 1990s (it is now discontinued, to the chagrin of many fans). Competitor Hershey’s didn’t make Hugs, a.k.a. white chocolate Kisses, until 1993, and has since made white-chocolate versions of Reese’s Cups and Twix.
