1. Delivery
1.1. 2-Hour Free Delivery
*The 2-hour FREE delivery is from Mondays to Sundays, between 9AM to 6PM EXCLUDING Public Holidays.
*The 2-hour FREE delivery is valid for orders from RM50.00; for a single
product OR combination of multiple products.
*The 2-hour FREE delivery is valid for orders placed from 9AM to 4PM AND delivery within the Service Area ONLY.
*Orders placed after 4PM will be delivered the next day OR the day after a Public Holiday.
*The 2-hour FREE delivery commitment starts from the time SHOAL SCOUT receives and verifies the full-payment remittance AND the issuance of a Delivery Order to you. Please allow 15-30 minutes for payment verification.
*The FULL value of the order is FREE and offset from your next order IF the 2-hour FREE delivery commitment is not met.
*The 2-hour FREE delivery commitment will be exempted on dependencies beyond SHOAL SCOUTS’ control.
1.2. Same Day Delivery
*Same day delivery is valid for orders from RM50.00; for a single product or combination of multiple products.
*Same day delivery is from 6PM to 9PM.
*Same day delivery for orders placed after 4PM will incur a surcharge of RM20.
*Same day delivery for delivery out of the Service Area will incur a surcharge of RM25.
