任何声称本店拥有槟城分店、可至其他门店看琴的宣传均为虚假信息，对方与本店无任何合作、联营或供应关系。
本店所有钢琴均由本店直接进口，全程由内部专业团队独立翻新、整修、维修、调音及品质质检，每道工序亲自把控，所有钢琴均达到本店专业标准后方可售出。
本店所有钢琴销售、售后、调音、维修保养等全部服务，仅通过本店官方渠道独立提供，无任何第三方授权网点。

📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT | IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
Recently, we have received feedback from several customers that certain businesses have falsely claimed or implied that their stores are branches, authorized outlets, partner stores, or even suppliers of Piano Atelier & Gallery. Such false representations are intended to mislead consumers into visiting their stores to view and purchase pianos.
To prevent further public confusion, Piano Atelier & Gallery hereby issues the following official statement:
Piano Atelier & Gallery operates only ONE official physical showroom. We do not have any branches, partner stores, authorized dealers, franchise outlets, agents, or affiliated retail locations.

Any statement claiming that Piano Atelier & Gallery has another showroom, branch, authorized outlet, partner store, or any location elsewhere in Penang where customers may view our pianos is false, misleading, and entirely unrelated to our company.
All pianos sold by Piano Atelier & Gallery are imported directly by us and are professionally restored, refurbished, serviced, regulated, tuned, and quality-inspected exclusively by our in-house technical team. Every instrument undergoes strict quality control before it is offered for sale.
All sales, after-sales services, piano tuning, repairs, maintenance, and technical support are provided solely through our official channels. We have not authorized any third party to represent us or provide services on our behalf.

Any individual or business claiming to be our branch, partner store, authorized outlet, supplier, or affiliated company without our written authorization is making false and misleading representations. Piano Atelier & Gallery accepts no responsibility or liability for their products, services, warranties, or business activities.
If you encounter any misuse of our brand name or any misleading promotional claims, we would appreciate it if you could send us screenshots or other supporting evidence. We will preserve the evidence and take appropriate action.
We have already retained comprehensive evidence relating to these infringements.
Piano Atelier & Gallery reserves all legal rights to take appropriate legal action against any party involved in trademark misuse, false representation, misleading advertising, passing off, or any conduct that damages our reputation or infringes upon our lawful rights.
