🚨🚨Stop Operate Arrangement🚨🚨
Hi guys thanks for supporting us for almost 3years when we are just a super small online shop until now. We know that these days our service is not that good and stock supply are not stable. First of all, sorry for inconvenience caused and we apologized for every mistake we make. We are struggling with lots of issue these days and make a decision to close this shop on 31/12/2022. No matter you like us or hate us, we appreciate that we learn a lots of things from you, our customer. This page will remain and won't be delete after closing, we hope that one day we will come back with a prepared heart and capital to provide the cheapest hobby item to you again.
Below are the arrangement for on going sales:
1. For coming soon and unrelease item, we will take responsibility to arrange and ship out until case close, not limit by the shop closing date.
2. For those item confirm cut stock or we cannot fulfill, we will inform before 30/11/2022, but last time we facing some cases that shopee system error and our record data error, we allow customer request for checking order status until 1/12/2022, after the deadline we will stop any further request. Due to we need time to reply customer and do arrangement, if you get late reply don't worry, as long as request before 1/12/2022, we will assist you.
3. For those item confirm cut stock or we cannot fulfill, we provide 200% compensate as we will choose and send you a ready stock item which value is 200% than your refund amount. Example, if your request refund amount is RM30, we will send you RM60 value stock.
4. For those item confirm cut stock or we cannot fulfill, if customer cannot accept 200% compensate, we can let customer select and exchange for ready stock item which we provide 20% additional discount. Example, if your request refund amount is RM100, ready stock that you want to exchange is RM200, we will discount 20% so that the item become RM180, all you need todo is just top up RM80 to finish the exchange.
5. For those item confirm cut stock or we cannot fulfill, if customer just want to get the payment back, we will put you in the list attached. We will refund at least RM1500 per month to customer in the list until case close which not limit to the shop closing date. Please send your email to our admin to get access to the list.
6. Item no arrange more than 1 months, storage fees will charge reffer market rental fees, day calculate start from the time we inform that item arrive
7. This announcement will keep on update for further arrangement.
