3. Product price shown excludes any shipping and handling fee or any other fees (eg. custom excise duty and tax, where applicable). We usually ship our products via a courier service eg. PosLaju, etc.
4. Email us at [email protected] and provide us the product code and quantity you would like to purchase. We will respond to you on the product availability, shipping and handling costs, total costs and request for your purchase confirmation.
5. Upon confirmation of orders, please proceed with payment within the reservation period. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the stipulated reservation period and no notification will be given. Prior to ordering, please be aware and consider carefully that the product colour in our website may be slightly different from the actual product itself due to the difference in computer’s monitor setting. 7. Please notify us within two days from your confirmation e-mail in the case of any changes or cancellation to your order. We have the right to not entertain any correspondence for changes or cancellation over two days of notification.
8. Exchanges or refunds are only allowed for major defects and are treated on a case-by-case basis subject to our consideration. This is to avoid abuse of our exchange and refund policy. Please report defects within twenty-four hours (preferably with photographs) upon receiving the product, after which, no requests will be entertained. We will not be responsible for problems related to small stain that is washable, difference in the product colour to the one posted on our website and so on. We make all effort to inspect and pack our products to maintain its excellent condition prior to shipping therefore reducing the likelihood of defects.
9. The returned product should be in its original condition, original packaging and original tag. We will inspect the item once we receive it. We reserve the right to reject the exchange or refund if we find that the product has been used, washed, modified, damaged intentionally or undamaged.
10. Customers may choose another product of the same price as replacement or top-up for another item of higher price. If the customer want to keep the balance for next purchase, the customer will have to bear the shipping and handling for the next shipment if he/she chooses to retain the balance for the next order. In the case when no replacement is suitable or the item is no longer available, a refund will be given.
11. For pre-orders, the product is estimated to arrive in approximately two weeks after we submit the order to our supplier. For in-stock, we estimate the product to arrive in two to three working days after we ship it out. This assumes there is no disruption to the normal shipping process beyond our control.
