Surpass BMW N Series Coil Pack is designed with an additional heatsink cooling structure, which differs from most conventional aftermarket coil packs in the market.

This Mercedes AMG A35 came in with a simple request
better sound, but still comfortable enough for everyday driving.

Instead of going for something loud or aggressive,
we went with a Milltekresonated + valved setup.

The idea here isn’t just volume — it’s control.

By retaining the OEM valve system,

Hot weather + turbo cars… heat soak is almost guaranteed 🥵

This M135i came in with a common issue — after a few pulls, the car starts to lose power. Not because it’s slow, but because the intake air temps (IAT) climb too quickly, and the ECU begins pulling timing to protect the engine.

Instead of jumping straight into tuning or pushing more boost, we fixed the root of the problem first — cooling.

We went with a Wagner Tuning Greater China & ASEAN competition intercooler paired with a charge pipe, and the difference is immediate. The larger core and increased charge air volume help keep IAT much more stable, especially under repeated load.

Stock intercooler is fine for daily use, but once you start pushing the car harder, heat builds up fast and consistency becomes the issue. With this setup, the car is able to hold its power instead of dropping off after a few pulls.

This upgrade is really about controlling IAT —
so when you move into a Stage 2 setup, the car can make power much more easily and consistently, without constantly fighting heat.

It’s not about chasing peak numbers, but having power that actually stays.

The objective was not simply a louder system, but a setup that would remain well-balanced and usable once the car progresses to ECU Stage 2 in the future.

- Controlled exhaust behaviour in the 3,100–3,800 rpm range
- A deep and composed exhaust character, avoiding harsh or “explosive” tones
- Retained back pressure to support stable mid-range power delivery
- A system engineered for both daily drivability and future performance upgrades

Based on these criteria, we recommended the
“ Milltek Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System”

Despite being classified as a Non-Resonated (Louder) system, this Milltek configuration features two integrated resonated sections within the overall design, allowing better control of exhaust frequencies rather than relying on volume alone.

The rear section adopts a Y-pipe layout, a design that works particularly well with the EA888Gen3 engine architecture. This helps maintain smooth exhaust gas flow and balanced pressure distribution, especially under mid to high engine load.

Stage 2: 314whp / 493Nm
