🇲🇾 An Afternoon with Melody Shen 🪈🤍

Wrapping up Melody’s time in Malaysia with a lovely afternoon together with our local flute community. ❤️

Hosted by The Flute Store Malaysia & CG Flute Academy, An Afternoon with Melody was an intimate and relaxed session where everyone could get to know Melody Shen beyond the stage — from her musical journey and studying abroad, to practice, technique and life as a young musician.

Lots of sharing, lots of questions, some music, and plenty of laughter in between. 🥰

Thank you Melody for being so generous with your sharing throughout your time here, and for bringing so much positive energy to every student and flutist you met. 🤍 It has been such a joy having you here, and we’ll always be rooting for you and cheering you on wherever your musical journey takes you! ❤️‍🔥

And with this, we officially wrap up Melody’s little Malaysia adventure. 🇲🇾🪈
Until next time — Malaysia, and our home, will always welcome you back. ❤️

We spend countless hours practising our instruments.
But how often do we learn to use ourselves?

Ease isn’t laziness.
It’s not about trying less.

It’s about letting go of the effort that doesn’t help.

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t another hour of practice—it’s discovering a different way of moving, breathing and performing.

If these slides resonated with you, perhaps it’s time to experience the Alexander Technique for yourself.
