You don't always have to show the entire subject to create a stronger photo.

One mistake many photographers make is trying to fit everything into the frame. But sometimes, showing less tells a better story.

Instead of capturing the entire dragon boat, I took only part of the subject to draw attention to a single detail—the paddler and the paddle slicing through the water.

📷 This simple composition technique:
✅Creates curiosity
✅Eliminates distractions
✅Makes your subject stand out
✅Gives your photo a fresh perspective

The next time you're shooting sports, wildlife, street photography, or even portraits, don't be afraid to crop out the subject. Focus on the part that tells the story best.
