💖🌼🌼 Happy Mother's Day🎉🎉🌸

On 3rd May, I had the opportunity to host a candle making workshop with AsiaWorks Foundation, spending a beautiful Sunday with a group of strong and inspiring single moms 💛
It wasn’t just about making candles…
It was about creating a moment of self-love 🕯️
A pause from their busy lives…
A space to reconnect with themselves, even just for a little while.
As we blended scents and poured wax, I could feel their warmth, their strength, and their stories. Each candle carried not just fragrance, but also hope, courage, and a spark of new possibilities ✨
What touched me the most…
Was not what I taught, but what I learned.
To be more caring.
To be more present.
To be spontaneous in sharing, connecting, and simply being there with them.
Through aromatherapy, I shared how scent can calm the heart, heal emotions, and open up new energy within us 🌿
And beyond that, I hope this session planted a small seed —
That they can explore new opportunities, even a second income, through something meaningful and creative.
To all the amazing moms —
You are stronger than you think.
You deserve time for yourself.
And your light can shine in so many beautiful ways 🔥

Inhaling the fresh morning air…
Exhaling all the stress, worries, and heaviness within 🍃

Yoga doesn’t always need walls.
Sometimes, it just needs nature… and the right souls beside you ✨
I feel something meaningful is about to grow from this connection.

A collaboration, a community, a shared intention to bring yoga closer to the heart of nature 🌱
