- Personal Shopping will cover buying - anything and everything - within the areas mentioned (ie. One Utama, Paradigm Mall, Giant, Tesco & Hero).
- It can be from a specific shop, shopping mall or even pick up from a specific address.
- We will only shop and deliver legitimate goods
- 50% of the total amount is required to start using the service. 50% balance payable with the delivery.

Additional to the total bills, there are service charges:
- RM10 for simple orders
- RM20 for orders of RM100 - 200 and above
- RM30 - 40 for large orders

We have 3 delivery sessions in the day. Morning (10/ 11am onwards - for items finalised day before), *break from 1-3pm* Evening (3pm onwards - for items finalised before noon) and *break from 6-8pm* Night (8pm onwards - for items finalised in the evening )
