was established in the year 2002 to deliver quality sound system equipment to the community through our wholesale efforts. After 2 years of determination and hard work, in year 2004 we managed to open a new outlet located at Rawang Sentral venturing into the retail market. We mainly focus on the sale of quality karaoke systems and pro systems as well as spare parts from our very own brands such as Black Spider, Pro.Mic, Rap Audio, A&A, Yakaki and L.K. We also provide high end amplifiers, microphones, speakers, woofers, and etc. Apart from supplying, we provide installation and commissioning services as apart of our after sales service. In other word, we are able to provide the industry with a complete package from supplies to installation. The company also provides manpower supply, technical supports and services. Our wholesale services are mainly focused in West and East Malaysia while our retail efforts are centralised in Rawang Sentral with further expansion plans underway. The company motto of “inspiring customer loyalty through quality products and service” is as relevant and true today as when Rap Audio first founded the business 10 years ago. Earlier in year 2012, The Black Spider Shop is establised, a subsidiary company of Rap Audio (M) Sdn. The Black Spider Shop deals with online site of products selling.
