Chili is an annual shrub plant a with a taproot. The main stem of the chili is perpendicular, the main stem branch and the primary branch is in the Y shape. Chili leaves has pinnate structure and a single leaf has oval shape with alternating positions in branch. The shape of chili flower is small trumpet with white colour. Chili flower is perfect, comprises both an androecium and a gynoecium. The colour of young fruit is dark green and after ripe becomes bright red
