Warna kahak memang boleh memberi petunjuk tentang keadaan tubuh, tetapi warna sahaja tidak cukup untuk menentukan jenis jangkitan atau sama ada antibiotik diperlukan. Pengambilan antibiotik yang tidak sesuai juga mungkin tidak membantu dan boleh menyebabkan masalah lain.

Sekiranya batuk berpanjangan, demam tidak kebah, sesak nafas, sakit dada atau kahak berdarah, jangan tunggu terlalu lama. Dapatkan pemeriksaan dan nasihat daripada ahli farmasi atau doktor di PMG Pharmacy atau PMG Medical Clinic berdekatan.
