Pernah terfikir soalan yang sama?

Ramai tak sedar, cara kita berdiri & berjalan setiap hari mungkin menyebabkan lutut menerima tekanan yang berlebihan.

Bukan semestinya kena bers**an atau angkat barang berat baru lutut boleh rasa tak selesa.

Malah, perkara yang kita lakukan setiap hari — seperti berdiri terlalu lama, berjalan dengan postur yang kurang baik atau meletakkan berat badan tidak seimbang — juga boleh mempengaruhi tekanan pada sendi lutut.

Sebab itu, kalau lutut kerap “ngilu”, jangan terus anggap ia perkara biasa. Cuba perhatikan bila rasa tersebut berlaku dan sama ada ia semakin kerap atau mengganggu pergerakan harian.
