1) Jangan makan atau minum 10 minit sebelum lakukan test. Disarankan untuk lakukan diawal pagi selepas bangun tidur.

Cara untuk keluarkan sampel air liur adalah part yang paling penting. Pastikan anda batuk secara dalam-dalam sebanyak 3-5 kali untuk dapatkan sampel air liur tekak ataupun kahak yang betul.

2) Keluarkan sampel ke dalam tiub

3) Jika sampel lebih 0.5ml keluarkan mengguna dropper yang diberi

4) Masukkan buffer dan picit selama 10 saat

5) Titiskan 2 titik ke atas kit.

6) Baca result dalam 15 minit
