REMARK* Please provide us the real and correct info.If the item delivered to the wrong hand,Well-off Family will not responsible for the item lose. Step 2
-You will receive an email replying you within 24s hours for the total amount you purchase and the bank detail that you going to bank in to.100% full payment have to make for us to process the order. Step 3
-Send us the bank in slip/receipt by email after you have paid the full amount and we will process your order by next coming Monday. Step 4
-Item will take 3-4 weeks(from the date we process the order) to deliver to your door step base on the customer address given by customer(refer to step 1) and tracking number will be given to you once we delivered the item.Customer might receive the item earlier if there is ex-stock.
*IF CUSTOMER DO NOT RECEIVE ANY OR WELL-OFF FAMILY FAIL TO PROVIDE DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER AFTER 60 DAYS,CUSTOMER HAVE ALL RIGHT TO ASK FOR PENALTY FROM US WHICH IS ITEM INCLUDE 50% MONEY CASH BACK. Method to cancel your order
The reason we process your order on coming Monday even you pay early is to give customer a chance to cancel the order before we place our final order to our supplier and customer must cancel the order before Sunday. We are the only one online retail seller to give customer a chance for canceling the order that been make. We still own all the right to refuse the customer to canceling order if we had place the order to our supplier. We will not refund 100% amount that you paid due to some bank charger and canceling fees as much as RM20. REMARK*
If we process the order there will be no canceling order. The following step is for our customer to canceling the order. Step 1

-We will reply your email within 24 hours to inform you that your order is successfully cancel or we refuse to cancel our order with reason. Step 3
-If the order is successfully cancel we will refund the amount (amount you paid deduct RM 20 bank charger,document and canceling fees) after deduction.Refund will be make within 24 hours after we accept your canceling order. Return item
After we delivered the item to customer,there will be no return in ANY REASON given by the customer. Responsible of Well-Off Family
We are only covering the item until we send out to the customer.We will send the item picture to customer before to deliver it out to customer to make sure everything we deliver is in good condition.After giving out the delivery tracking number to customer,any damage or loss in the event of shipping to customer,responsible is not include in Well-Off Family anymore.
