1) Shipping Time/ 运送时间:

Due to our negligence, the phone case model received is different from the one when the order was placed.
因为本店的疏忽或失误，导致收到的电话壳模型与下单时的不同。
� Missing or damaged product/ 产品丢失或损坏:
The phone case ordered was missing or damaged during shipping (not including man-made damage)
订购的电话壳在运输过程中不见或有损坏 (不包括人为损坏)
3) Nonrefundable/ 不能退款:
All phone cases after the transaction are not eligible to be changed in the design, to be returned, or refunded. Therefore, please check the phone model and design carefully before performing transaction.
交易后的所有手机壳均不得更改设计、退货或退款。交易前请仔细核对手机型号和设计图。
� Customers' mistakes/ 客户的失误:
We will not be responsible for customer negligence when placing an order (Eg. mobile phone model or design error)
我们不会负责顾客下单时的疏忽 (Eg. 手机模型或设计错误）
� Personal reasons/ 个人认为的原因
We also do not accept returns or requests for refunds for reasons that we consider subjective (Eg. color difference / not the color/quality as expected, etc.).
我们也不接受以个人认为的原因 (Eg. 色差 / 不是想象中的颜色/品质没有想象中好等理由) 退货或要求退款。
5) Possible shipping delays/ 运输延误:
Due to the pandemic, there might be delays in the delivery process. We do not consider refund applications, but we will inquire and follow up the courier company. Please bear with us if your order has been affected.
