Chocolate’s origins.
Have you ever thought about how chocolates are made and where they came from? Did people dig it down from the earth? Did it grew on plants? Is it created from a chemical reaction created by humans?

Chocolate is a sweet, brown food preparation of roasted and ground cacao seeds that is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, or used as a flavoring ingredient in other foods. The earliest evidence of use traces to the Olmecs (modern day Mexico), with evidence of chocolate beverages dating to 1900 BC. The majority of Mesoamerican people made chocolate beverages, including the Maya and Aztecs. The word "chocolate" is derived from the Classical Nahuatl word chocolātl. The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavor. After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted. The shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are then ground to cocoa mass, unadulterated chocolate in rough form. Once the cocoa mass is liquefied by heating, it is called chocolate liquor. The liquor may also be cooled and processed into its two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter.

🍪🍪Make caramelicious cookies with Daim chocolate!🍪🍪
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 large eggs , 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 package (12 ounces) Daim chocolate chunks.

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat chopped Daim chocolates and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until almost melted; do not overheat. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla on high speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low; beat in melted chocolate. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chunks.
3.Drop heaping tablespoons of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking sheets. Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until cookies are shiny and crackly yet soft in centers, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 10 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
