One of the biggest mistakes beginners make is seeing a cheap product online and immediately thinking:

"This is cheap! I can sell it for more in Nigeria!"

But there's one important question you should ask first:

“Will people actually buy it?”

Before importing a product, consider:

🔎 Is there demand for it?
💰 What is the actual profit margin?
📦 How much will shipping cost?
🛃 Are there customs or clearance considerations?
🎯 Who exactly is my target customer?
🏪 Who else is already selling it?

Because here's the truth:

Myth in Importation Business

You must have at least 1 million naira before you can become an importer or partner with suppliers.

You don't need millions to begin your Importation journey. A lot of big importers you see out there started with little to no funds. You can also partner with suppliers with little to no funds.

I started my Importation journey with 5,000 naira. The 5,000 was used to fund adverts to my WhatsApp group. My first sales, I made over 600,000 naira in 2019. And from there I kicked start my business and expanded into various niche.

We teach these and more at BBCA.
