Hi everyone,
I’ve been really quiet for a while, and I felt I owed you an honest update.
A lot happened at the same time. The Nigerian economy has been very unstable, and running the business became tougher than I expected. Most times, whatever profit came in went straight back into marketing and the daily costs of keeping things running. On top of that, there were issues with a business partner — we had different expectations, and it became clear that things couldn’t continue the way they were.
I stepped away for a bit to re-strategise, came back and tried again… but deep down, I knew I couldn’t keep going in that same direction.
This honestly hasn’t been an easy season for me.
But I want you to know that I truly loved every moment of selling. It never felt like just business — it was something I was genuinely passionate about. And the best part of this journey was the people. I met so many kind, supportive, amazing people along the way, and I’m really grateful for every connection and every bit of love.
Right now, I’m taking some time to pause, breathe, and figure out what the next phase looks like. I’m open to new ideas, new opportunities, and new ways of building again. This isn’t the end — it’s just a transition.
Also, for clarity, I am no longer connected to the store at Wuse 2 and won’t be responsible for any activities or operations there going forward.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, checked on me, bought from me, and believed in the journey. It truly means so much. And when I’m back, I really hope you’ll still be here to support me again 🤍
Taking it one step at a time❤️❤️
