9 is the start of a new life.
Sunday is the start of a new week.
It is 4th January 2026, AbujaMoms is 9!!!
NINE WHOLE YEARS!
I’m sitting with a heart that is both humbled and excited. It is 1am and I can't even sleep, I'm beyond grateful for over 50.6k MEMBERS not followers 🥺
Even after declining at least 1million requests in the last 9 years, because we want to have just Abuja based women. Birthed AbujaMoms in Diaspora, to continue with the bond we have from Our ABUJA!
Humbled because this journey started with a simple burden to unite women and mothers living in Abuja, and God breathed on it beyond anything I could have imagined.
Excited because at 9, we are not ending anything... we are birthing a new season!!!
Nine years of sisterhood.
Nine years of growth, healing, learning, showing up, falling, rising and choosing community again and again.
Nine years of proof that when women gather with purpose, lives change.
The fact that this new chapter begins on a Sunday, the start of a new week, feels deeply symbolic. A reminder that God is intentional, and that the best is not behind us; it is ahead of us!
To every woman who has walked this journey with AbujaMoms, whether from day one or yesterday... thank you!
