The same year, we began to explore technology driven business opportunities in Africa, culminating in the registration and commencement of operations of our first African component, Agile Technologies (Nigeria) Limited, in 2001. In 2004 we began to explore further business opportunities in the various diverse sectors in the West African sub-region, leading to the commencements of operations in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria in 2005 under the auspices of Agile Petroleum & Gas (Nigeria) Limited;
