One mistake that quietly spoils your cake is pouring too much batter into one pan.
It looks faster… but e no dey end well.

When you overload your pan:

1. Your cake stays too long in the oven
2. It dries out
3. It won’t rise properly
4. The bottom can even burn
5. The texture will be tight instead of soft and fluffy

A simple solution?

Use two to three pans, especially when your batter is 500g and above.
Your cakes will bake faster, rise better, and come out moist and beautiful.

Baking is not only about the recipe — your method matters too.
Small changes, BIG results.
