Straight to business
Mission: mammymarket by Onyie wants to be the environment that supports local and international businesses. We want small and medium scale business to find a place to get online customers that translates to offline regular customers without the fear of being scammed.
Vision: To be the most technologically driven market front for local and international businesses.
Our Marketmen/Marketwomen should:
1. Make an introductory post for their products (more preferably a video with your face), under the correct filing, stating their names, business name, their designation, offline office address, name and use of product, product price and quantity, account number for payment with business name or Facebook name, sales offers and reviews from recent buyers with dates done on Facebook messenger.
NB: I WILL NOT ACCEPT POSTS FROM FACEBOOK PAGES LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD.
2. Post maximum of twice daily,
3. On posting, must be available online for follow up,
4. Desist from cheating, sending products different from what was ordered (if the product has a scratch or dent, show it to the prospective buyer in pictures else you must return their payment complete with delivery fee and you will be barred from trading for one month).
5. Make your extra charges known publicly before hand and tell us how long the product takes to get to the buyer.
6. After sales leave a thank you post for a buyer or call a buyer out.
7. Never comment that intending buyers should DM you for details, if you default, you attract two months ban!
8. Never give out fake details on their post, defaulter get an eviction from the mammymarket.
9. Never mention non refundable on their posts. Every money paid for a product is refundable until the buyer approves of it. Defaulters attract an eviction from this market.
10. Know that our customers are always right first before they are proven to be wrong.

To Our Buyers, you must:
1. Make a post to seek verification from the market members before ordering or making payment to the seller account.
2. Know that the admin can serve as a middleman between you and the seller i.e. payment through admin is possible but with an extra charge.
3. After purchase make an authentication post for your seller.
4. Know that you are always right here. Any seller who bullies you will be banned.
5. Never lead a seller on and not make purchase i.e. reject product after it has been sent out. You will be banned and you name will be published on our banned posts!
6. Know that all sales aren't final till your authentication post is seen.
7. Report all cases of scams to the admin using the Scammer hashtag
8. For very large purchases, insist that admin does a verification of sellers for you.

For international trade:
1. Method of payment must be agreed upon and must be in cash, transfer. Mammymarket is not concerned with kind-payments! It is not what we do here.
2. Cost of products and delivery must be agreed upon before payment is made and must be strictly adhered to.
3. Accounts with less than one year of creation are not allowed to conduct trade. Defaulters will be banned.
General Notice:
Never do business transaction with faceless Facebook accounts!
Never respond to DMs of buyers/sellers on trade outside here except they are your regular customers BUT SUCH TRADES WILL NOT CONCERN MAMMYMARKET ANYMORE! It is at your own risk!
