Back story is - The entire family was going out and daddy saw his princess was adorned with a pair of old undersize crocs and didn't like it. So, he immediately came into the store to shop a new footwear for her.

His first complaint when he came in was; I don't understand how your feets grow so fast? Seemingly unhappy too...and I just smiled and responded thus...

Oga! If they don't grow how will we remain open?
He couldn't help but smile again. 😄😅

Manufacturers indicate on baby shoes...0 - 3 mos, 3 - 6 mos, 6 - 9 mos and so on, up to 24mos
It's because they took cognisance of babies Growth process 🤷‍♀️ It's unstoppable and so also, some persons decide to buy a "newer design" of bags, clothing and gears...not because they're necessarily bad but rather to keep up the trend.

Funny but worthy of note 👌

When we employ staffers, these aspects ain't mentioned or discussed...they're silent! But a staff that has a heart and sees an opportunity to be part of the rave to push growth won't hesitate to be involved in making these little dramas here and there 😉
Not under compulsion or guilt of course, but with willingness of mind. I actually have had workers that excused themselves for one reason or the other...right from our days @ Summit road. I've also walked in on a staff saying his face is treasure and not ready to be exposed on social media 😅 🙃
I took no offence 😹🙈

I was once discussing worker's work description with a Recruiter and she said...in my own words now, that being able to use social media tools shouldn't be "a must" or requirement to hire.
I said OK! 😄😅
