Life begins from somewhere, but progress comes when you decide to make it happen for yourself. I’m not the type to sit around and wait until someone takes advantage of me before offering help.
From my teenage years, I learned the value of hard work early. I roasted corn to pay my school fees and was known in the market as that determined hustler buying farm produce, selling, and supporting my mother to keep food on the table. Life wasn’t easy, but I made a promise to myself that I would rise.
I got married quite young, and trust me, it wasn’t all roses more like roses with plenty of thorns. Still, I stood firm, and on this same ground, God has always seen me through.
So remember, not everything that glitters is gold. Sometimes the shine is just good packaging. Make a move, fix yourself, and keep pushing. People go through a lot quietly after all, clothes dey cover plenty things
