A first-time customer reached out to us earlier this month and requested for a string bag/knapsack. From her description, I noticed she needed something that can be carried even during the rainy season, she doesn't want a fabric type to avoid her stuff getting wet when she carries it in the rain.

I suggested a leather type to her and she went along with it.

And we brought her imagination to life, check slide 3 to see what we made and rate it over 10, how's it? I try? She even sent her review

Never assume. Always ask.

When I first started making custom bags, I sometimes thought I already knew what my customers wanted.

But over time, I realized something important...

No one knows their lifestyle better than the person who'll be carrying the bag.

Now, before I begin any custom order, I ask questions.
✨ What features matter most to you?
✨ Do you prefer more compartments?
✨ Do you need a shoulder strap?
✨ What colours suit your wardrobe?
✨ What's your everyday routine?

Those conversations make all the difference.

The result?

This challenge reminded me that building a brand is not just about the products you create, it's about the people you connect with, the stories you share, and the trust you build along the way.
