The other day I went to visit a friend and she said need 2 dozens of panties, she feels it is time to let go of her old panties as she noticed some lumps (usually called boils) around in her Intimate region and she thought she is having an infection.

I know her to always take frizzy drinks and other sugary foods and I advised her towards reducing their consumption to the barest minimum while opting to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

On a sunny day few years ago, our toxicology lecturer entered the class and this was the first question he asked us after we had greeted him.

Alot of us chorused "Carbonated drinks" and the murmuring went on for sometime "abeg na drink ooo howpersongo see drink come pick water, water wey no get taste"

Even though carbonated drinks are very tasty and tempting. Water (he said) should be our best go-to. That is how the class was left to our choices because many said they absolutely can't choose water over any other drink unless it is just water that is available.
