Most new wool products may have a little loose fibre residue from the manufacturing process. That’s why we recommend washing them before first use.

But here’s the difference: if a towel keeps shedding noticeably after the first wash, second wash, and beyond, that’s a quality concern.

At Deezah Comfy Beddings, we don’t sell those types of towels. Our regular and luxury towels have very minimal to zero shedding, and any loose fibres from the manufacturing process should be minimal and settle after the first wash.

So yes, wash your new towel before use but you shouldn’t have to keep washing it to stop fibres from coming off‼️
