Personal relationships with stakeholders are not leadership.
Money used to brief or influence voters is not leadership, see guys leadership is about character, vision, sacrifice, service, and the genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of the people don’t forget that and as the Irigwe Youth Movement (IYM) moves toward choosing its next Director of Social & Cultural Affairs, let us look beyond popularity, connections, and financial influence.

Abeg guys let’s focus on people who have the mind and spirit of sacrifice, leaders who are ready to give their all, serve with humility, promote our culture, unite our youths, and put the interests of the people above personal ambitions.

At the end of the day, leadership is not about who is most popular or who has the deepest pockets, It is about who is willing to serve truly.
May the best candidate emerge, and may whoever is elected truly serve the Irigwe youth with commitment and integrity.
