Two days ago, I participated in a state-level digital transformation policy co-creation workshop organised by on behalf of not just to observe but to listen.
As the communication lead of the organization, my role in spaces like this is not just to document outcomes, but to listen carefully — to understand conversations deeply enough to translate them into clear, human stories that people can connect with.
One insight that stood out is that digital transformation is not just about platforms or policies. It is about people; their skills, access, and the systems designed to serve them.”
When state priorities align with national digital frameworks, it strengthens coordination and makes inclusion more intentional rather than assumed.
Being present in these rooms reinforces why communication matters.
Listening first is how meaningful impact begins.
Thank you for this opportunity.
