"The attention of Benue Boy Grilled Fish and Chips has been drawn to numerous customer complaints regarding our company's services, specifically high prices and time wastage.

HIGH PRICES

Our prices have recently increased due to the economic situation. As a company committed to providing the best quality, we incur significant costs to ensure excellence. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have decided to reduce the prices of our grilled meals to as low as 3000 Naira, depending on the size.

TIME WASTAGE

The time wastage is usually due to the fact that our delicious meals are partially prepared in advance. Full preparation in advance would result in:

- Shrinkage of the fish
- Change in color and quality (except taste)
- Difficulty in preservation, leading to detachment of tissues from bones and significant loss
