The phrase “pray without ceasing” comes from 1st Thessalonians 5:17, by Apostle Paul.

It doesn’t mean you must be on your knees praying every second of the day. Instead, it means living with a constant awareness of God and an ongoing conversation with Him.
What it really means: “Stay connected to God throughout your day” Prayer is not only the long, formal prayers. It can be small moments like,
• “Lord, help me with this.”
• “Thank You for today.”
• “Guide my decision.”
• “Lord, thank You for providing food.”
• “God, I give this worry to You.”

It’s like keeping your heart open to God all the time.
To pray without “ceasing” means living every part of your life in ongoing conversation and dependence on God.
