HOW TO MAKE SOY MILK AT HOME.

Ingredients..
* 4 cups of soya beans
* 2 litres of clean water
* 2 cups of dates also known as dabino (optional) or
* 1 cup of sugar (optional)..i.e if you won't be using dates,,
* Vanilla flavor..

Preparation.
Step1- Pick out the spoilt beans and discard it..in a clean container,soak the soya beans for atlist 8hrs or overnight..
NOTE: if you are using dates,pick out the seeds and also soak it overnight in a separate container.

Step2- Use your hands,rubb the beans and wash it clean to get rid of the beans coat..Also wash the dates.

Step3- If you have a good blender at home,, blend it smooth,,but if not, you can take it for commercial grinding. Add your clean water and sieve it using a chiffon cloth into a clean pot and set it on fire on medium heat..
Note: Do not cover the pot to avoid spillage,scoop out foam when it becomes too much and allow it cook for atlist 30-40mins on medium heat.

Step4- Turn off the fire and add ur Vanilla flavor and allow it cool....
Note: if you did not add dates to the soymilk,,You can add in your sugar at this point,stir and allow it to cool.

Step5- Using a chiffon cloth,sieve it once more and it is really to be consumed...
