Throwback Thursday
We had wonderful training at Royal leadership fellowship 2022. Thanks to
On the first day, we had a session on leadership skills by Mr. Olatomiwa Olushesi and I learned that leadership is a mindset, not a position, we listen to tedtalk then we had another session on creative writing which is about essay writing, CV writing, Email writing and social media management by Mr. Aliu Olamide Iyanuoluwa. At night, we designed our sugar box (to send/receive messages from colleagues), had dinner then played games. I played scrabble (I took 3rd)
PS: It was my first time playing scrabble.
On the second day, we started with an early morning exercise and then had a session about design thinking (a creative approach for creating problem-solving) by Miss Balogun Racheal, we were given problems to solve. In another wonderful training by Daddy Abiodun Fijabi on mindset where I learned the three types of mindset and what they mean. Then to a powerful session by Mrs. Adejobi Deborah on public speaking.
For the design thinking workshop, we worked together as a team (team champions) to create a solution to the problem we were given in less than 10 hours, it wasn't easy but thank God for teamwork💯
To the BIG day, National Leadership Summit. A lot of innovative speakers spoke to us on leadership, secondary school debates took place then we presented the solutions to the problems we were given.
it was a great and fun-filled experience, I want to say thank you for this opportunity, and am looking forward to seeing Royal Leadership Fellowship 2023🥰❤❤
