Balogun Market used to open on Sundays. Some years ago, when I passed by there, I didnβt go to the market on Sundays, and the people who opened their shops were Muslims.
This past Sunday, I went to the market on a request from one of my customers. I needed to add what I needed to buy for the person to the goods the person had already bought.
It wasnβt even a serious item, I would say only the big shops should have had it. Lo and behold, I searched through the market and didnβt see what I was looking for. I wasted my time and transportation money.
I only went to the market because the item was urgent and the customer is a good one. If you plan to go to Balogun Market on a Sunday, itβs advisable not to go, because even the people standing by the road donβt linger there.
They only have one day in the week to rest, and they are now taking it personally.ππ
