RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CASSY AND FRIENDS
1.No human being is perfect, and some times we misbehave out of stress, anger, temperament issues, misunderstanding,fatigue,emotional breakdown,etc...If you are found to have a serious clash with a fellow member or members, the matter shall be referred to the president of the group, who would pronounce judgment on the case, based on rules...If all parties show genuine remorse, then a PROPER APOLOGY MUST BE RENDERED BY ALL THE PARTIES INVOLVED, STARTING FROM THE INDIVIDUAL WHO DREW "FIRST BLOOD".
2.Do not give out private information, or contact details about yourself to fellow members, whom you do not know very well...If u choose to do so, you are doing so, at your own risk!...This group is a "MIXED MULTITUDE"...hence u must be very careful!...CASSY AND FRIENDS would not be held responsible, if you are duped or scanned by any one of it's members!...
3.If you choose to date somebody in the group, CASSY AND FRIENDS advises that u meet such a person physically, as soon as possible(at least within the 1st 3months of your relationship)!...People are sometimes not whom they claim to be, when online...Some people even use fake profile pix, while some men are even pretending to be women!...So u must be very careful, as the internet world is full of various scam artists!...
4 .When making a post, u are not allowed to use foul language, except u censor them like this e.g f**k, d**k, pus*y, etc.
5. Uncensored Foul language can be used in COMMENTS(not posts), but should be kept at a minimum, except during CASSY AND FRIENDS boxing matches, or freestyle battles,etc...But If a member chooses to use foul language in any wall post, then it must be censored!.
6.If u have a personal issue with any person in this group, u are to settle it with him/her amicably, via inbox, or u could ask me to intervene in the matter, and I would do so discreetly...Posting it as an update is not allowed!...Fighting of any kind between group members publicly, is not allowed, whether by a post, or comment!...
7.CASSY AND FRIENDS is an organisation, and as such it's image must be protected at all costs!...No one is allowed to publicly criticise the group openly!...If u are an executive, u are allowed to call for a private meeting, to discuss any pending matter...Others can reach me via inbox, to table any complaints they might have...The President stands as the 1st servant of this group, and any individual, who stands as a distraction to his work, by publicly assaulting or attacking him, shall be suspended indefinitely!...Anyone who has issues with the President, can chat freely with him via inbox...
8 .Any post that is considered too sensitive or volatile, would be removed by the Admin...e.g religious posts that could incite tension, and in- fighting amongst members...
9 .No member is allowed to advertise blog or his/her personal business, without first taking clearance and permission from the President!...CASSY AND FRIEND must protect it's members from fake products and services, and also from any fraudulent individual...
10 .Any individual that comes out publicly, and declares intention to leave, should be allowed to LEAVE .simply direct them how they can leave the group, without drawing too much attention...This is because, some members have used it, as a way to draw selfish attention to themselves, not considering the damage it could cause to the group!...No newly arriving member, would be impressed with a group, whereby members keep announcing their intention to leave!...That new member would also simply want to leave!...Everybody knows how to leave, but some people would like to cause damage to the group, before they actually do so, and we must not allow this!...
Henceforth, anybody who posts on the wall of CASSY AND FRIENDS, declaring their intention to leave the group, shall be automatically REMOVED BY THE ADMIN, and placed on INDEFINITE SUSPENSION, if they are found to still be in the group!...Also that particular post, shall be deleted immediately it is spotted!...Trying to generate chaos, tension, and negative attention, by such a post, is considered a GREAT DISLOYALTY to the group!...If for personal reasons, you would like to leave the group, maybe for a certain period of time, the mature thing to do, is to inform the Admin, and leave quietly!...
There have been cases whereby people have made such a post, and some new members, also innocently followed them out of the group, thinking that the group must be so bad, for people to want to leave...Then most times, those same members, after a few weeks or even days after, start pleading with the Admin to add them back, after a few weeks...Surely, we always add them back, but what about the damage that their post made?.What about the new members, who also followed them out of the group?...
11 .No member is allowed to insult THE governor but. Governors have PRESIDENTIAL POWERS , and can evict any member who is seen as a disturbance in the group...This also means that a GOVERNOR, can recommend punishment to the Admin, ranging from a PUBLIC APOLOGY, a SUSPENSION, and even a TOTAL BAN, should a member attending that meeting not abide by the rules of the group.
14. Pornography(in words, pictures or videos), or display of bare or un- clad private parts, is not allowed in this group , and any individual that defaults on this would face disciplinary action!...
15 .Any one discovered to be involved in impersonating a fellow member, shall be BANNED from the group!
16.What you say about the group in public, is very important!...Hence, any member who is found to be continually speaking against the group, whether through a POST or comments within THE GROUP, or outside THE GROUP shall be suspended indefinitely!...this is called "THE LOYALTY RULE".
17.If you have a very critical story, in which your identity needs to be protected, you are to inbox the President of the group the story, and he would post it for you anonymously...
18 .DORMANCY RULE:A member who does not comment or post any update on the group's wall, for a duration of ONE MONTH, is considered dormant, and could be removed by the Admin, if such dormant occurred without any concrete excuse...If the individual who was removed, choose to return, he/she can inform the Admin, and such an individual would be re-in stated...
19 .Adding of friends is very much welcome in the group, but people who do not have any REAL profile pix of themselves on their wall, either as a profile pix, or as a wall pix, shall no longer be accepted on CASSY AND FRIENDS...This is a measure to ensure security of the members of this group, against fraudsters...
20 .Anyone engaged in the act of defrauding, or scamming a fellow MEMBER, shall be BANNED from the group!...
PUNISHMENT:
The punishment for the offences above, ranges from a WARNING to an outright BAN!...If a member is warned on more than two occasions,about a certain issue, such a member shall be suspended ranging between one day, to a month!. If a member speaks out in public, against the organisation called CASSY AND FRIENDS, such a member, would be punished,ranging from a warning, suspension, or total ban!...depending on how serious the abuse on the group was...
Lastly, Three suspensions, equals a TOTAL BAN!...While Three warnings, equals a SUSPENSION!....
