Please read this carefully and get your son or daughter to read it too.
This post is about what happened in a typical middle-class household.
The son didn’t like living in his father’s house. This was because of his father’s constant ‘nagging’;
“You are leaving the room without switching off the fan”
“The TV is on in the room where there is no one. Switch it off!”
“Keep the pen in the stand; it is fallen down”

The son didn’t like his father nagging him for these minor things.
He had to tolerate these things till yesterday since he was with them in the same house.

But today, however, he had an invitation for a job interview.
“As soon as I get the job, I should leave this town. There won’t be any nagging from my father” were his thoughts.

As he was about to leave for the interview, the father advised:
“Answer the questions put to you without any hesitation. Even if you don’t know the answer, mention that confidently.” His gave him more money than he actually needed to attend the interview.

The son arrived at the interview centre.
He noticed that there were no security guards at the gate. Even though the door was open, the latch was protruding out probably hitting the people entering through the door. He put the latch back properly, closed the door and entered the office.

On both sides of the pathway he could see beautiful flower plants. The gardener had kept the water running in the hose-pipe and was not to be seen anywhere. The water was overflowing on the pathway. He lifted the hosepipe and placed it near one of the plants and went further.

There was no one in the reception area. However, there was a notice saying that the interview was on the first floor. He slowly climbed the stairs.

The light that was switched on last night was still burning at 10 am in the morning. He remembered his father’s admonition, “Why are you leaving the room without switching off the light?” and thought he could still hear that now. Even though he felt irritated by that thought, he sought the switch and switched off the light.

Upstairs in a large hall he could see many aspirants sitting waiting for their turn. He looked at the number of people and wondered if he had any chance of getting the job.

He entered the hall with some trepidation and stepped on the “Welcome” mat placed near the door. He noticed that the mat was upside down. He straightened out the mat with some irritation. Habits die hard.

He saw that in a few rows in the front there were many people waiting for their turn, whereas the back rows were empty, but a number of fans were running over those rows of seats.
He heard his father’s voice again, “Why are the fans running in the room where there is no one?” He switched off the fans that were not needed and sat at one of the empty chairs.
He could see many men entering the interview room and immediately leave from another door. There was thus no way anyone could guess what was being asked in the interview.

When it was his turn, He went and stood before the interviewer with some trepidation and concern.

The officer took the certificates from him and without looking at them asked, “When can you start work?”

He thought ,”is this a trick question being asked in the interview, or is this a signal that I have been offered the job?” He was confused.

“What are you thinking?” asked the boss. “We didn’t ask anyone any question here. By asking a few questions we won’t be able to assess the skills of anyone. So our test was to assess the attitude of the person. We kept certain tests based on the behaviour of the candidates and we observed everyone through CCTV. No one who came today did anything to set right the latch at the door, the hose pipe, the welcome mat, the uselessly running fans or lights. You were the only one who did that. That’s why we have decided to select you for the job”, said the boss.

He always used to get irritated at his father’s discipline and demonstrations. Now he realized that it is only the discipline that has got him his job. His irritation and anger at his father vanished completely.
He decided that he would bring his father too to his workplace and left for home happily.

Whatever our father tells us is only for our good aimed at giving us a bright future!

A rock doesn’t become a beautiful sculpture if it resists the pain of the chisel chipping it away.

For us to become a beautiful sculpture and a human being we need to accept admonitions that chisel out the bad habits and behaviour from ourselves. That is what our father does when he disciplines us.

The mother lifts the child up on her waist to feed her, to cuddle her, and to put her to sleep. But the father is not like that. He lifts the child up on his shoulders to make her see the world that he couldn’t see.
We can realize the pain the mother undergoes by listening to her; but the father’s pain can be realized only when others tell us about it.

Our father is our teacher when we are five years old; a terrible villain when we are about twenty, and a guidepost as long as he lives...

Mothers can go to her daughter’s or son’s home when she's old; but the father doesn’t know how to do that...

There is no use in hurting our parents when they are alive and remembering about them when they have passed away. Treat them well always.
This is an example of mentorship.

HAPPY NEW MONTH
A famous writer was in his study room. He picked up his pen and started writing:

**Last year, I had a surgery and my gallbladder was removed. I had to stay stuck to the bed due to this surgery for a long time.

**The same year I reached the age of 60 years and had to give up my favourite job in the Publishing company in which I had spent 30 years of my life

**The same year I experienced the sorrow of the death of my father.

**And in the same year my son failed in his medical exams because he had a car accident. He had to stay in bed at hospital with the cast on for several days. The destruction of car was another loss.

At the end he wrote: Alas! It was such bad year!!

When the writer's wife entered the room, she found her husband looking sad lost in his thoughts. From behind his back she read what was written on the paper, left the room silently and came back with another paper which she placed on the side of her husband's writing.

The husband found the following written on the paper:

**Last year I finally got rid of my gall bladder due to which I had spent years in pain.

**I turned 60 with sound health and got retired from my job. Now I can utilize my time to write something better with more focus and peace.

**The same year my father, at the age of 95, without depending on anyone or without any critical condition met his Creator.

**The same year, God blessed my son with a new life. My car was destroyed but my son stayed alive without getting any disability.

At the end she wrote: Last year was an immense blessing of God and it passed well!!

See!! The same incidents but different viewpoints.

*Moral:* In our daily lives we must see that it's not happiness that makes us grateful but gratefulness that makes us happy.

There is always, always, always something to be thankful for!!

Your current position is somebody's future expectation.

Your life now is somebody's prayer request.

Don't let the devil point at you that somebody is doing better than you. It is a strategy for ingratitude.

Anything you celebrate multiplies, anything you despise diminishes.

Appreciation is the vehicle for acceleration.

Gratitude is the lift to great altitude.

To see what God will do, you must acknowledge what God has done.

Stay grateful & Happy New Month.

COOKING GAS THE DANGER WE LIVE WITH.

Do you know that the gas cylinder you live with in the kitchen is a time bomb, ready to explode any time. Like the vehicle tire that has an expiring date, do you equally know that the Gas Cylinder has an expiring date.

Expired LPG Cylinder are not safe for use, so please be careful. The expiring date is coded on the side of the LPG Cylinder in alphabetical order, A,B,C,D in quarters.

A is for March 1st Qtr
B is for June. 2nd Qtr
C is for Sept. 3 re Qtr
D is for Dec 4 th Qtr

There are some two digit number that follows, e.g. D06. The digit stand for the year the validity expires D06 stands for 4th Quarter ( December) 2006. That is the expiring date of that LPG Cylinder, so be careful to avoid domestic accidents. Please save life.

A crab was once running on the sea shore and was admiring its beautiful footprints. Suddenly a huge wave splashed and washed away the footprints.The crab said to the wave, "I considered you as one of my best friends, so what made you do this? "

The wave replied, A fisherman was following your footprints, that's why I cleared it off... "Relationships mean caring beyond imagination". Value them and don't ever doubt the intentions.

*Be Your Brother's Keeper ..Never hurt those who value you in life*.

*_PICK YOUR CALLS PLEASE_*

```During the burial of a young man, another young man was crying out his heart. He wept uncontrollably that many people kept wondering what is wrong with him.
The mc dropped the microphone and went and took this weeping young man to a corner, calmed him down and he started to explain.
He was with the guy that died the day he met his death. He drove off first and on getting to a particular spot, he noticed that some armed robbers were getting ready to block the road and resume operation. He managed to escape. He started calling his friend to tell him what he saw, that he should remain where he was. This friend would not pick his call. To him: “why is he calling?
He should know that I am driving right behind him”. He refused to pick the call as this guy kept calling and calling. Finally, he drove into the now ready armed robbers and they pumped countless bullets on him.
He died on the spot and armed robbers stole his car. This man was crying because he knew his friend killed himself. Many of us are just like this.
Are you the one buying the credit for him or her? Pick your call when your phone rings and know why you are being called. If the phone rings twenty times in one minute, pick in all occasions. He was saving credit for his friend because I am driving straight to where he is, he met his death.
Many people will not pick the calls of their family because they are close to the house, probably they are calling to tell u not to go into that house because there is a danger waiting right in there.
You are in an occasion and you are calling someone you are looking at because you want to pass a crucial information, he ignores the call and is walking up to you instead, even when you are making sign that he should pick the call.
It is possible that this caller didn’t want you to come near him because he wanted to code something. Pick your call and say hello. Some people will not pick calls from numbers they don’t know and I wonder:
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW ON PLANET EARTH? DO YOU EVER THINK THAT THOSE PEOPLE YOU KNOW ARE ALL YOU NEED IN LIFE? Note something, there is no one individual that knows up to 1% of the world population. Is it not insanity for you to restrict your life to just 1% of global population? What of the remaining 99%? Many people have missed life saving opportunities because they refused to pick a particular call.
PICK YOUR PHONE WHEN IT RINGS AS LONG AS YOU ARE AVAILABLE.```
I have always known that there is exchange of spirits during s*x and God's spirit in us leaves when it's being done.
CONFESSION OF A FIRST CLASS GRADUATE
It was an unforgettable s*xual in*******se with my girlfriend.
As I stood up from her and was putting on my boxer, something strange happened that has never happened in all my s*xual adventure.
Right there in the room, like in a trance, I saw an image like my self walked out of my body.
I was so scared as the image bowed his head and was walking backward to the door.
I screamed, I shouted, I was shivering seriously.
My girlfriend stood up and was asking me what is wrong with me.
She shouted that I should keep quiet, but, No! I kept shouting as I saw like myself walking away from me.
To my surprise, I kept on telling my girl friend to look at this image and she said, she could not see anything.
I became terrified.
It was like I was in the oven, at the same time, it was as if I was in a cold room.
I watched the image walked backward to the door & when it got to the door, it turned to go out of the door, as I watched the back of this image, I saw an inscription written on it ' EXCELLENT SPIRIT'.
I screamed and shouted because, though I am not a serious Christian, but I know what it means to have an excellent spirit and to lose it.
I have been leading the whole department in my school.
Lecturers consult me privately to explain some hard topics.
I was a genius. It is this brilliance and handsomeness that made me the desire of most ladies on campus.
While I was crying and weeping bitterly, my girlfriend bursted into serious laugher.
I was asking her why the laughter, and she said, you are Number 5. I will get the remaining 5 to make 10.
I asked her to explain what she meant, she just laughed harder.
She carried her bag and walked out of my room and said, 'enjoy your shadow'.
Till today, I can't trace this lady. I have tried looking for her, I can't find her. Right from that day, I knew I became empty. I have the best result in my department, but no destiny results to show for it sir.
I lost something that day, I knew I lost it.
I have been praying and asking the Lord for restoration.
Atimes, I feel like I am so empty. I wished that s*x never happened or never happened between me and that lady.
I lost excellent spirit!
This was a confession of a guy to me some years ago.
He wept bitterly in my office. I could not comfort him.
He graduated as the best student in his department but if you see him at that time, you will never believe he went to school.
Dear precious one, there is something deep about s*x! I know some will read this and scorn it. You only know yourself, you don't know the person you want to have that s*x with.
Are there no thousands of people who have lost their own ' excellent spirit' too just because of 10 mins s*xual pleasure.
Flee fornication!
Flee adultery!
One round of s*x is enough to round off your glorious destiny.
Enjoy s*x with your spouse only!
Singles, wait!
You won't die.
Wait.
Before you remove your pant for that guy /lady to commit fornication, think!
Rule your desire or ruin your destiny.
I am warned!
You are warned!
Thanks for reading.This was sent to me by someone and I feel it is important to let people to know about this and be careful because the devil has released so many of His agents going about doing the same thing especially to those with excellent spirit, the genius. Open your eyesooo.
PLEASE READ THIS
Remember Chikamso, the 8 years old girl who was r***d and murdered by an undergraduate for rituals last week?
Here are some facts you need to know: 👇
Chikamso's ra**st and killer Ifeanyi D**e is her mother's cousin.
Little Chikamso has known and has been living with her killer since she was born.
Ifeanyi D**e has been living with Chikamso's parents since he was 3 years old, now he is 24 years old.
They took him in as their son and has been taking care of him as theirs since then.
They were the ones sponsoring his university education before the incident.
Chikamso's average income earning parents use to give Ifeanyi weekly allowance between 2,500 to 5,000 Naira
Unknown to them that he might have lots of money in his account, as he offered to bribe the vigilante group that caught him with 400,000 Naira.
Why did I highlight these points?
👇👇👇
Most times those who harm our children or steal their innocence are those people our children are very familiar with, those who saw us pregnant with our children, those who live, wine and dine with us.
They are usually people we trust, people we can never imagine can harm us or our precious children.
They are usually family members, family friends, neighbours, religious leaders and teachers.
This post is a subtle reminder to all parents, TRUST NO ONE COMPLETELY with your children.
Never let your guards down around people no matter how nice or harmless they seem.
Parenting is indeed a huge responsibility.
The worst type of enemies are household enemies, when they attack they are usually merciless.
I really hope the Nigerian police finds Ifeanyi soon, he escaped from police custody.
I hope Chikamso gets justice!
May God console her family and grant her eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord, AMEN.
