Introducing our 2 BEDROOMS Penthouse Luxury guest apartment. This home-away-from-home consists of 2 private bathrooms with private bathrooms. Consisting of a full-size Shower, jacuzzi, toilet, and bidet in the master bathroom, the second bedroom has a full shower and a separate private guest restroom. Bathrooms include free toiletries and clean custom Nigus towels. With 24X7 Power, internet, air conditioning, a 50 inches flat-screen TV with cable channels in every room, and a full-service kitchen with all amenities. The Master bedroom feature a full large walk-in and the second bedroom has a very large standing wardrobe. We offer high garden views, a full outdoor pool, a fitness center from the Patio. Lots of free assigned private parking and 24 hours security protection.

Coronavirus

Nigus is closely monitoring the current situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our employees and guests are of the utmost importance to us. We are here to serve our guests and we will continue to operate safely and effectively.

Please know we are closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. As a precaution, we are encouraging employees to increase sanitizing efforts in high-touch areas inside our properties.

Additionally, we are advising our employees and family members to:
Avoid close contact with people who are sick and distance yourself from others if viruses are spreading in your area.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Stay home when you are sick.
Wash your hands often. This is especially important after opening general area doors and shaking people's hands. Use soap & water for at least 20 seconds and hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
