The most valuable possession I have is my gold wedding ring,a gift from my lover on our 10th wedding anniversary.
To many, it is just a beautiful piece of gold. But to me, it is a constant reminder that I am deeply loved, cherished, and chosen. Every time I look at it, I remember the heart behind the gift and the man who has never stopped loving me intentionally.
My King, Thank you for every sacrifice you’ve made, every prayer you’ve said for us, every burden you’ve carried, and for every way you’ve chosen our family over and over again. Thirteen years with you have shown me what the steadfast love of God looks like.
Today, I stand in awe as I watch the dreams we once held in our hearts unfold before our very eyes. They didn’t happen by chance, but they are the fruit of your faith, your consistency, your hard work, and your refusal to ever take your hands off the plow.
Above all, I thank God for the Grace that has carried us, strengthened us, and kept our love growing through the years.
Thank you for being my husband, my safe place, my answered prayer, my greatest cheerleader, my King, and my Hero.
If I had to choose all over again, I would still choose you! without hesitation, without fear, and without end.
