I want to publicly apologise to Bamike Olawunmi-Adeninuyan, aka Bambam, for criticising her acting and her unidimensional portrayal of her characters in regards to her tendency to drag her words.

Bammy, I’m sorry.

I thought the reason you weren’t putting effort into your roles was due to the lackadaisical and complacent attitude that is prevalent in the Nigerian movie industry, but after seeing this movie featuring your husband, Tope Adenibuyan, aka TeddyA, I’ve come to realise that you are in fact just being a compassionate wife.

You don’t strive to improve because you don’t want to make your husband look worse.

You’re intentionally playing the same character over and over again regardless of the setting or their socioeconomic background because any growth of yours would do nothing but cast a big light on your husband’s complete lack of acting skills.

And I commend you for that.
Truly, you are a woman of great love and devotion.

Once again, forgive me for not realising that you were only trying to safeguard your marriage.

I wish you and your husband a prosperous journey in Nollywood and I’ll never speak on either of you again unless it’s imperative that I do so.

Ashmusy, girl, you have great potential and I’m looking forward to seeing more of your movies.
