IMO WORKERS DISGRACE AJAERO AGAIN, BACK GOVERNOR HOPE UZODIMMA AS THEY HAPPILY HEAD TO WORK
Imo workers have spoken loud and clear as they ignored the call by Joe Ajaero, the National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), to embark on an industrial strike action. The workers, who are based in the state, have denounced Ajaero's call as they pledged to continue their duties in support of the state government.
In a show of support to the state government, the workers have declared Ajaero an enemy of Imo workers, accusing him of acting in self-interest rather than the interest of the workers. The workers have called on Ajaero to desist from using his position to cause disaffection among workers in the state.
It is evident that the workers' response is a testament to the fact that Ajaero's purported strike action was unsuccessful as the workers went to work happily without any disruptions. It was reported that the workers expressed satisfaction with the policies and programs of Governor Hope Uzodimma's administration, which they described as worker-friendly.
The stance of the workers has demonstrated their resolve to put the interest of the state and the people first. They have shown that they will not be swayed by any political or personal agenda aimed at disrupting the peace and progress of the state.
The state government has commended the workers for their loyalty and commitment to their duties. The government has also assured the workers that their welfare and working conditions will be given top priority.
It is essential to note that the Imo workers' disobedience of Ajaero's call for a strike is a significant win for the state government, which has been working tirelessly to ensure that the state continues to enjoy peace and progress. The government's policies and programs have been designed to promote the welfare of workers, and the workers' response to Ajaero's call has shown that they recognize and appreciate the government's efforts.
