🌍 THE SECOND PHONE — Episode 2
Theme: Silence sometimes hides the loudest decisions.
I said nothing.
I smiled.
Served dinner like every other night.
Daniel talked freely…
laughing, relaxed, completely unaware.
Like a man with nothing to hide.
But under the table,
his second phone rested inside my bag.
Every vibration felt louder than my heartbeat.
Another message appeared.
“I miss you already.”
My fingers tightened.
I looked up at him.
He was telling a story from work, smiling the same way he used to smile at me.
“You’re quiet tonight,” he said.
I forced a small smile.
“Just tired.”
But that night, after he fell asleep…
I made a decision.
Tomorrow, I would follow him.
