Most of don't know the potentials of igbo man . Ndá» Igbo had a unique and sophisticated architectural style before the arrival of Europeans. They utilized a variety of building materials such as mud, wood, and thatch to create homes, shrines, and public buildings. We are particularly known for our skilsl in creating intricate designs and decorative details using simple materials. Examples of Igbo architecture include the house I attach in this post and the Mbari houses, Agbala shrines, and traditional palaces. These structures were designed to reflect the cultural and spiritual beliefs of the Igbo people and showcase our creativity and ingenuity.
Our ancestors had rich cultures, advanced economies, and sophisticated systems of governance long before the arrival of European colonizers. The idea that we were saved by the white man is a fallacy and perpetuates a false narrative of white supremacy. We must celebrate and embrace our own history and heritage, and reject the idea that we are inferior without the influence of white people.
