Honestly, the hardest clients to deal with are the indecisive ones.

Because how do we start from:
“Do you want a sling back or a sandal?”
And next thing, I’m reviewing your entire wardrobe to see what even goes with the outfit. 😭

I will now give you my best opinion… only for us to enter another round:

“Okay, what kind of heel should it have?”
Bold heel? Platform heel? Wedge heel? Block heel?
Before you know it, we’ve turned it into a mini fashion masterclass.

At that point, I’m no longer a shoe vendor o.
I’ve suddenly become a stylist… fashion guru… designer… fashion therapist… I don’t even know again. 😭😂

But the truth is, I can’t not help.
I don’t like seeing people buy nice things and then combine them wrongly.
So I’ll still guide you because I don’t want my clients looking like a shadow of themselves.

I sometimes hear vendors complain of women that come to buy but must seek out their partner’s opinion before buying a thing.
I mean as much as I understand how frustrating it is to go back and forth with a third party when you feel its not necessary, I’ve also come to understand that it’s not the item that gives them complete satisfaction or confidence but how beautiful their partners see them when wearing those items.
And your customer’s satisfaction and confidence in an item should be the priority.
So if it’s video calling or making videos for their partner that’ll fix that confidence and give that satisfaction you hope to achieve, a little extra time wastage wouldn’t hurt.
