HERE IS MY SUCCESSFUL EYE SURGERY STORY. TO GOD ALMIGHTY BE THE GLORY!
It all started about thirteen (13) years ago, when I was in NYSC orientation camp, Keffi, Nassarawa State in March 2010. That day, we were on field when I noticed that I could not see clearly. The environment became dark for my seeing and it continued throughout the days. So, immediately after the orientation camp, I went to FMC Keffi, Nassarawa State, and the doctor confirmed that there was a cataract on my both eyes, and it could be removed only at it's maturity stage. And I was also told that it may lead to total blindness! At that point, what came to my mind, was to commit su***de! As you all know, a young man with physical disabiliy was about to go blind? But the doctor recommended Mydriacyl (eye drop) and glasses to manage the cataract till it's maturity stage for the surgery.
So for the past thirteen (13) years, I have been managing myself with eye drop and glasses recommended by the doctor to control the cataract!
HERE IS THE BEGINNING OF THE SUCCESSFUL STORY OF MY EYE SURGERY!
Early September, I received a flyer on Whatsapp from a close friend that, there would be three (3) days free cataract test and surgery at the Eye Foundation Hospital, Gwarinpa, FCT, Abuja! So on 30/09/'24, I went to the hospital, and I was tested and confirmed that the cataract was due for surgery! Immediately, I was taken to the hospital bed for some rest and later moved to the theater for the surgery by few minutes past 4pm and before 5pm, I was out of the theater successfully!
And I was asked to go back on 10/10/'24 by the doctor to do the left eye surgery, I went again. To God Almighty be the Glory, the same successful story was recorded!
Now, I can write, read, see everywhere or everything clearly without the use of eye drop and glasses!
